Leverich Apartments is located just 8 minutes (4 miles) west of Avenue 66 and brings MJW’s unit count to 86 units in the Vancouver, WA submarket. MJW remains active in Vancouver and is currently under contract to acquire an additional property in this submarket. Leverich Apartments offers an ideal unit mix of one- and two-bedroom units, with 73% of the units being two-bedroom floor plans. MJW plans to lightly improve unit interiors and common areas.
